Overview
This role supports the creation and evaluation of deal-analysis challenges used to train AI modules. The work involves building realistic valuation, LBO, and due-diligence scenarios that assess whether an AI model can reason through transactions like a strong analyst.
Responsibilities
- Develop valuation exercises, LBO cases, and diligence checklists that challenge AI models with realistic deal work
- Evaluate and score model responses for financial accuracy, judgment, and clarity
- Collaborate with finance and technical experts to calibrate difficulty across deal types
Requirements
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, LBO)
- Exceptional analytical and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Deal sheet spanning multiple sectors or transaction types
- CFA or comparable credential
- Familiarity with AI tools in financial analysis
