Overview
This full-time, fixed-term seasonal position in tax compliance focuses on providing personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. The role involves delivering exceptional tax services during key seasonal tax periods (3-6 months) with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage client service accounts and engagements
- Solve complex tax-related problems to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Assist clients in achieving personal wealth objectives
- Develop and implement wealth management plans
- Improve clients' operational efficiency
- Ensure timely and quality deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of individual income tax planning
- Proficiency in financial and wealth transfer planning
- Experience with business succession, trust, and estate work
- Technical skills in income tax filings
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience managing project workflow, budgets, and billing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Supervisory experience and ability to foster trust within teams

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $99,000 - $266,000, dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws
- Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus
