Overview
This role provides advanced financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support program and project teams. The analyst helps ensure effective cost management and compliance with contractual and corporate requirements across the program lifecycle. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, analyzing variances, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering accurate, timely program-level financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day program finance responsibilities related to program business and financial performance.
- Provide Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual Financial Forecasting.
- Prepare quarterly corporate social responsibility positions and charts.
- Monitor and track program expenditures; highlight issues, concerns, and trends to ensure financial commitments are met.
- Partner with program management, contracts, and operations to align with program processes and procedures.
- Run project selection boards, establish project data repository structure, support development and revisions of project cost estimates, and manage project transitions to supported business units.
- Prepare, analyze, and report/present program-level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams.
- Communicate financial performance effectively to leadership teams.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis (or in accordance with posted schedule).

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira and/or Tableau.
- Aptitude for facilitating results, self-starter mindset, process-oriented approach, and structured problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive, problem-solving, cost-conscious, and company-focused mindset.
- Deep knowledge of one pillar of business management (Finance, Scheduling, Contracts, Pricing/Estimating), with working knowledge of the remaining pillars.
- Demonstrated financial and analytical skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
- 2+ years of Program finance experience, including monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis.
- Experience interfacing with senior management.
- Experience creating and managing Budget Targets and Schedule Milestones.
- Experience coordinating managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and core internal personnel in a team environment.
- Experience supporting and driving programs utilizing agile program management.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
