Overview
This role manages and executes billing processes for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agency accounts within a centralized billing structure. The position focuses on accurate invoicing, resolution of billing discrepancies, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Billing Operations
- Generate and process invoices for agency-billed P&C policies in accordance with established timelines.
- Validate premium amounts, endorsements, and adjustments before issuing bills.
- Ensure billing accuracy by reviewing broker invoices and carrier binders/quotes, and verifying policy screen set up (commission, payable entity, producer commission) before transacting.

Agency Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency billing inquiries with local office service teams.
- Work with local service teams on premium finance questions and provide clarification as necessary.
- Assist agencies with understanding centralized billing processes and system navigation.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new billing tools.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
P&C insurance experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Typical base pay range (nationwide): $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Base pay depends on skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
- In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or an annual bonus based on individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
