Overview
This role involves hiring experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists as contractors to support an AI training project. You will use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations
- Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customer records, and vendor records
- Review accounting workflows and identify errors or inconsistencies
- Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Apply accounting best practices when reviewing financial workflows
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently review accounting workflows and financial data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner
- Experience managing multiple clients or business entities
- Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices
- Experience with AI training, data annotation, or financial data evaluation is a plus
