Remote Audit Manager | Up To $180K | NFP Focused

Overview

Fully remote Audit Manager position focusing on Nonprofit and Single Audit engagements. Candidates must reside in the U.S.

Salary: Up to $180,000 plus annual bonus.

This role is with a growing, independently owned public accounting and advisory firm that combines the resources of a larger organization with the collaborative culture of a regional firm. The firm has a well-established audit practice and a diverse client portfolio, offering employees direct access to leadership, meaningful client relationships, and clear advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit engagements from planning through issuance.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for clients.
• Review work prepared by seniors and staff accountants.
• Lead nonprofit and Single Audit engagements.
• Mentor and develop team members throughout the audit process.

Requirements

• Active CPA license required.
• Public accounting audit experience at the Manager level.
• Strong nonprofit and Single Audit experience.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
