Overview
This role is a 100% remote Accountant/Relationship Manager with a path to $205,000 salary. The position is a permanent direct hire and offers unlimited PTO. Starting salary is $85,000 with 40-hour weeks year-round.
A CPA is required. Availability is required between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions, while work hours can be otherwise flexible.
Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly reports
- Support tax planning
- Process payroll
- Complete 1099 reporting
- File annual reports
- Split time between:
- 20 hours weekly of technical work
- 10–20 hours weekly of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation
Requirements
- Must be a CPA
- Experience with small to medium-sized firm work
- Availability between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $85,000 (40-hour weeks year-round)
- Path to salary:
- $85,000 (50 clients)
- $125,000 (75 clients)
- $165,000 (100 clients)
- Up to $205,000 salary (125 clients)
- Possible equity after reaching the 125-client level
