Overview
A remote opportunity is available for a Finance AI Trainer to assist in training AI Assistant models focused on financial principles and decision-making. This role is suitable for experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees and relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
- Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
- Challenge AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI reliability and performance
- Present diverse and complex financial problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses
- Assess the quality and correctness of AI-generated financial analyses
Requirements
- Expert-level financial reasoning skills with formal training in a finance-related discipline
- Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
- Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning
- Native or bilingual fluency in English
- Detail-oriented with strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $50 to $60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
