Overview

A contract development and manufacturing organization specializing in SPECT and PET radiopharmaceutical solutions is seeking a Revenue Accountant. The company operates radiopharmacies across North America and focuses on advancing radiopharmaceutical technology to deliver diagnostic and therapeutic agents from research to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular reconciliations of revenue, receivables, and billing accounts.
  • Support month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and balance reviews.
  • Manage calculations and tracking for sales commissions and customer rebate programs.
  • Collaborate with Collections on invoicing adjustments and billing issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in NetSuite to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with revenue recognition compliant with GAAP and prepare revenue reports.
  • Liaise with Sales, Billing, and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to process enhancements and documentation.
  • Conduct detailed revenue analysis and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or revenue-related roles, preferably in SaaS, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems; experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Basic understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment aligned with US Central Time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with NetSuite.
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical or radiopharmacy billing.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools such as Lisbon.
  • Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
