Overview

This role involves joining a Business Data & Intelligence team at a pivotal growth stage to build and manage the analytical infrastructure supporting the go-to-market (GTM) engine. The Revenue Analytics Manager will translate data from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into reliable, actionable insights. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Data & Intelligence, this senior individual contributor position includes ownership of recurring reporting, dashboard development, and automation to enhance team efficiency. Responsibilities

Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Reporting

  • Own recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including pipeline, win rates, ARR, funnel performance, churn/retention metrics, and usage data
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure using Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Salesforce
  • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and accessible to appropriate stakeholders
  • Proactively identify trends and surface insights without waiting for requests

Dashboard Architecture & Development

  • Design and build standard and mid-complexity dashboards for GTM stakeholders
  • Collaborate on architecture for high-visibility executive-facing dashboards
  • Establish dashboard standards such as naming conventions, refresh schedules, and data source documentation
  • Promote a self-service reporting culture by creating trustworthy, user-friendly dashboards

Automation & Operational Efficiency

  • Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes within the Business Data & Intelligence team and GTM stakeholders
  • Build automated workflows in Salesforce, Looker Studio, and related tools
  • Document automation logic and maintain operational runbooks for key recurring processes

Stakeholder Support

  • Manage complex and ambiguous ad hoc analytical requests
  • Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks and communicate findings effectively through writing, dashboards, and presentations

Data Quality & Governance

  • Act as escalation point for data quality and Salesforce issues; investigate root causes and drive resolution
  • Establish and enforce data standards across owned reporting domains
  • Ensure consistent and documented GTM KPI definitions

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM/Revenue Operations, preferably at a startup or high-growth SaaS company
  • Ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Proven ownership of reporting across at least two GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success)
  • Strong proficiency with Looker Studio or comparable BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, data model, and CRM operations
  • Working knowledge of SQL with BigQuery or equivalent cloud data warehouse
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building Claude or large language model (LLM)-powered internal tools or workflows
  • Familiarity with Upside, Snowflake, or similar modern data stack tools
  • Prior experience in a formal manager or team lead role
  • Background in GTM compensation, quota, or territory analytics
  • Exposure to board-level or C-suite reporting cycles
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows or process automation
