Overview
A high-performance revenue management firm serving short-term rental and hospitality operators with $1M+ in annual revenue is seeking a Revenue Manager. The firm manages over $180M in revenue across more than 3,800 listings, focusing on data-driven pricing, disciplined execution, and strategic consulting.
Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement daily dynamic pricing strategies
- Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, booking pace, and competition
- Drive 10–20% growth in Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) across client portfolios
- Maintain high accuracy in pricing execution
- Monitor Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy, and booking trends daily
Client Strategy & Leadership
- Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with clients
- Provide clear, data-backed recommendations
- Identify and proactively resolve revenue bottlenecks
- Maintain ongoing client communication through Slack
Market Intelligence
- Track shifts in demand and booking patterns
- Monitor competitor pricing and changes in Online Travel Agency (OTA) algorithms
- Test new pricing strategies and document outcomes
Onboarding & Growth Support
- Analyze new client portfolios prior to onboarding
- Oversee pricing system setup
- Support sales and leadership teams with revenue insights
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or hospitality analytics
- Hands-on experience with dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios at a high standard
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in short-term rental or boutique hotel sectors
- Familiarity with OTA platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, ClickUp, and Slack
- Educational background in economics, data analytics, business, or hospitality
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $135,000 annually, with performance-based bonus opportunities
