Overview
This US-based position is for a Strategic Pricing Analyst focused on developing and analyzing pricing strategies that support healthcare organizations’ financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial pricing strategies through complex technical analysis.
- Prepare reports using benchmark data to analyze and forecast pricing simulation impacts.
- Perform revenue and budget variance analysis to monitor strategy performance.
- Analyze data to identify revenue trends; summarize financial reports; prepare materials for discussion with finance teams.
- Gather and compile data systematically, clearly document assumptions, and validate information accuracy to resolve inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with internal and external revenue integrity teams to accomplish project goals.
- Create and walk through executive presentations for client meetings.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with VLookups and Pivot Tables.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field and 1–2 years of experience in an analyst role.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle, financials, payor contracts, or hospital reimbursement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $48,131.00 – $81,225.49 per year.
- Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- Eligible for an annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%.
