SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll / US Payroll AMS

Overview

A client is seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in SAP Payroll (US) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support Application Managed Services (AMS) operations. This is a remote position requiring over 12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and US payroll systems
• Manage and troubleshoot payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), wage types, and General Ledger (GL) posting
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations including federal, state, and local tax requirements
• Handle IRS compliance, W-2 processing, garnishments, overpayments, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) issues such as overtime and exempt/non-exempt classifications
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA with third-party payroll, benefits, finance, and time systems

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Payroll (US) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, W-3, and BSI tax factory within ECP
• Deep expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, GL posting, and payroll troubleshooting
• Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA
• In-depth understanding of US payroll regulations including federal, state, and local tax laws, IRS compliance, W-2 processing, garnishments, and overpayments
