Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly financial reporting close deliverables efficiently and accurately.
- Support quarterly and annual regulatory financial reporting requirements.
- Develop frameworks to monitor results, analyze business drivers, and highlight key insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
- Build integrations for seamless information flow and ensure proper accounting for new products or changes.
- Analyze and transform business processes to automate and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- CPA designation with over 5 years of professional accounting and/or auditing experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate financial data effectively.
- Proven ability to drive significant impact in complex business environments.
- Openness to adopting AI and new technologies to enhance financial reporting and decision-making; experience in process transformation or automation is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL for writing queries and ensuring data integrity.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross-functionally.
