Overview
This role involves serving as a Senior Analyst for ERP Finance, applying principles and concepts related to Finance and ERP systems to solve complex problems. The position includes leading medium-sized projects and teams, analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems, modifying procedures to process data, and ensuring project success through review of schedules, costs, and documentation. The role also includes mentoring others and interacting with users to determine requirements for complex systems. This is a full-time position with the option to telecommute from any state where the organization has offices (AK, WA, OR, CA, NM, TX, MT).
Responsibilities
- Lead medium projects and work teams involving complex business applications
- Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and modify procedures to process data and solve problems
- Review project schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure success
- Mentor and assist others in support of applications, projects, and organizational goals
- Interact with users to determine appropriate requirements for complex systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Projects, Grants) in large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS, or Peoplesoft
- At least 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects, including methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle
- Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, and operational improvement in complex systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Cloud ERP application configuration (Oracle Cloud preferred), administration, report writing, and analytics
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle data import/export, customizations, and extensions
- Knowledge of hierarchies, dimensions, enterprise structures, and offerings in Oracle Cloud applications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud fast formulas or equivalent
- Strong SQL skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Salary Ranges by Location
- Alaska (Anchorage, Kodiak, Seward, Valdez): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- California (Humboldt): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- California (Northern California except Humboldt): $61.04 - $96.35 per hour
- California (Southern California): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- Montana (Great Falls and other areas): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- Oregon (Portland and Non-Portland Service Areas): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- New Mexico: $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- Texas: $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- Washington (Western, Southwest - Olympia, Centralia, Clark County, Eastern, Southeastern): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
Placement within the wage range will be based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.

This position is remote with the option to telecommute full-time from any state where the organization has offices: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, New Mexico, Texas, Montana.
