Overview
A healthcare organization is seeking multiple full-time Senior Analysts specializing in ERP Finance. This role involves applying principles, theories, and concepts related to Finance and ERP systems to provide solutions for complex business challenges. The position includes leading medium-sized projects and work teams, analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems, modifying procedures to process data and solve problems, and reviewing schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure project success. The Senior Analyst will also mentor and assist others in support of applications, projects, and organizational goals, and interact with users to determine appropriate requirements for complex systems.
This position offers the option to telecommute full-time from any state where the organization has offices, including Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, New Mexico, Texas, and Montana.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium projects and work teams related to ERP Finance applications.
- Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and modify procedures to improve data processing and problem-solving.
- Review project schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor and assist team members in application support and project goals.
- Collaborate with users to determine requirements for complex systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Projects, Grants) within large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS, or Peoplesoft.
- At least 2 years of experience managing medium to complex projects, including system deployment, support, lifecycle management, process improvement methodologies, change management, and operational improvements in complex systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cloud ERP application configuration (Oracle Cloud preferred), administration, report writing, and analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle data import/export, customizations, and extensions.
- Understanding of hierarchies, dimensions, enterprise structures, and offerings in Oracle Cloud applications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud fast formulas or equivalent.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Salary Ranges by Location
- Alaska (Anchorage, Kodiak, Seward, Valdez): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- California (Humboldt, Northern California except Humboldt, Southern California): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour (Northern California except Humboldt minimum $61.04)
- Montana (Great Falls and other areas): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- Oregon (Portland and Non-Portland Service Areas): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- New Mexico: $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- Texas: $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
- Washington (Western, Southwest - Olympia, Centralia, Clark County, Eastern, Southeastern): $58.06 - $96.35 per hour
Placement within the wage range will be based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses may be available.
