Overview
This role supports Pricing Operations, which directly impacts the customer experience and business financial performance by applying sound judgment when operationalizing customer, manufacturer, and group purchasing contracts.
Within Medical Pricing Services, the Implementation Team is responsible for customer contract administration and administering/reviewing pricing initiatives as appropriate. The team researches and resolves contract and eligibility issues while onboarding new distribution customers and supporting Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) transitions. It also serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and develops and manages customer relationships throughout the pricing and contract implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align pricing for customers, including customer onboarding, GPO transfers, and customer disengagements. Manage case plans, resources, and customer commitments.
- Identify data requirements and gather relevant data to analyze complex problems, situations, or issues.
- Analyze complex situations by focusing on task details and breaking issues into manageable components.
- Draw insights and conclusions through logical analysis of complex situations and issues.
- Ensure a positive client experience by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations and delivering on service commitments and agreements.
- Show empathy for customer concerns; identify customer needs and expectations and respond appropriately.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while delivering accurate, high-quality transactions and services; manage resources to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $57,000 - $73,400

The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay is determined by multiple factors including geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills, and evaluation of internal pay equity.
