Overview
This role involves serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance within the Enterprise Business Systems team. The position requires a strong understanding of Inventory and COGS accounting, general accounting and finance processes, and their implementation in NetSuite. The analyst will act as the primary point of contact for Finance and Accounting regarding NetSuite, supporting system enhancements, maintenance, and strategic business process and integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and business relationship manager for Accounting and Finance teams using the NetSuite platform
- Create and customize NetSuite reports, saved searches, and dashboards
- Perform basic ERP configuration tasks such as adding new fields, forms, and custom records
- Document and design solutions based on accounting and finance business requirements
- Collaborate with other teams to support and coordinate complex projects involving NetSuite integrations
- Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of NetSuite administration tasks for Accounting and Finance requests
- Participate in projects related to business process improvement, NetSuite customization, GAAP and SOX compliance, and new module implementations
- Work with internal teams and external NetSuite consulting partners on strategic projects, ensuring adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Business Systems Analysis or Consulting, focusing on financial system enhancements and ERP implementations (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- At least 3 years of NetSuite Administration or consulting experience
- Minimum 2 years working with organizations compliant with GAAP and SOX
- Strong functional knowledge of core accounting, Inventory & COGS accounting, and finance processes related to NetSuite ERP workflows
- Proficiency in mapping and documenting business processes using tools such as Confluence, Visio, or Miro
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite
- Working knowledge of business system integration concepts related to NetSuite, including iPaaS (e.g., Workato), API, or direct point-to-point integrations
- Experience with OneWorld/multi-subsidiary multinational organizations operating on NetSuite
- Proactive project management and communication skills in large ERP implementation or enhancement projects
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, Order Management (OM), Pricing, Inventory, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript or JavaScript
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or other NetSuite certifications
- CPA, CITP, or CISA certification
- Experience working with NetSuite Multi-Book Accounting feature

Salary ranges based on U.S. location tiers:
- Region 1: $143,000 - $169,000
- Region 2: $130,000 - $153,000
- Region 3: $117,000 - $138,000
Compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
