Overview
A global healthcare services and products organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support and expand the technical capabilities of its Financial Insights team. This role involves working across various business domains including Credit, Rebates, Accounting, and FP&A, with a focus on deploying Machine Learning models. The position requires strong Python and software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand upstream inputs and downstream impacts of current and future processes
- Prepare and analyze data through locating, profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating, or modeling
- Ensure technical specifications align with business needs and technical design standards
- Partner with external consultants, solution providers, and managed services organizations to support product and solution development
- Track project progress, identify and communicate risks and status to leadership, and assess potential business impacts
- Propose process and technical improvements for platforms and processes supported by the team
- Ensure platforms and tools comply with data security standards, including internal and external audits
- Develop expertise in the implemented solutions from both technical and functional perspectives
- Communicate effectively with non-technical business users and stakeholders
- Develop best practices for solution and tool frameworks, including standard naming conventions, scripting, and coding practices
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Google Looker
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in solution design and data modeling
- Experience with business-critical applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of financial implications related to projects
- Experience with large-scale implementation programs preferred
- Experience in Business Requirements Documentation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent work experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,100
