The organization is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to shape and amplify its investment story, build relationships across the capital markets, and partner with leadership on fundraising and its path toward becoming a public company.
This role reports to the CFO and brings an investor perspective to the business—translating strategy, performance, and momentum into a compelling market narrative. - Help lead fundraising: Work closely with the CEO and CFO on investor targeting, presentations, diligence, and follow-up. Prepare leadership for investor discussions and challenging questions.
- Develop Board and investor communications: Partner with Finance to prepare Board materials, investor decks, and regular updates that clearly explain performance, priorities, and progress against plan.
- Bring market perspective inside: Analyze peers, valuations, industry trends, and investor feedback. Share insights with leadership and employees to deepen understanding of how execution translates into company value.
- Build public-company readiness: Partner with Finance, Legal, and Communications to establish processes, disclosure practices, and executive preparation needed for a future IPO and ongoing public-company investor relations.
