The position supports a transition from a previously independent structure into a more centralized shared services model.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze P&L performance, identifying variance drivers and trends through detailed financial analysis.
  • Lead revenue recognition compliance and monitoring in close coordination with Accounting.
  • Perform and review Work in Progress (WIP) reconciliations, ensuring proper revenue and cost matching across projects/periods.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning cycles, and capital/WIP projections.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and deep dives to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a quality control layer between accounting outputs and FP&A insights.
  • Review financial data to ensure integrity across systems, general ledgers, and reporting tools.
  • Validate cost allocations, including salaries, project expenses, and operating expenses.
  • Support and validate the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy in accrued/deferred revenue.
  • Build and maintain financial models and reports (Excel-based).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or hybrid Accounting/Finance roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
  • Proven track record conducting WIP reconciliations, project accounting analysis, and revenue-to-cost alignment.
  • Advanced expertise in financial analysis, variance analysis, and core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex reconciliations, and data analysis).
  • Previous experience operating within a shared services or multi-entity environment is a plus.

  • Highly competitive USD pay.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Work with autonomy (manage time as long as work gets done).
