Overview
Responsibilities
- Build and conduct complex financial analyses on site and service line performance and projections
- Assist in budgeting by identifying trends and quantifying financial impacts
- Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments and renewals
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations leaders to ensure financial statements reflect operational and contractual realities
- Support monthly operating reviews and explain financial variances to leadership
Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statements and variance analysis
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Proven experience developing and executing complex financial analyses
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas
- 3 to 5 years of related experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, or consulting
Compensation & Benefits
- $95,000 to $115,000 annually, with exact pay determined by experience and geographic location
