Overview

Salary Range: $80-90k
Location: Remote or Atlanta, GA
This is a full-time Senior Financial Analyst position within the accounting department, reporting to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities
- Support preparation and posting of journal entries (JEs)
- Participate in month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Maintain and update financial models and reporting templates
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Retail, Production, and other departments
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity
- Coordinate with management to create financial models and forecasts
- Prepare month-end reports, including actual vs. budget and updated forecasts
- Forecast, analyze, and summarize trends in sales, margin, and other KPIs
- Create ad hoc reports, graphs, and charts of financial data
- Develop and update models to provide forecast analysis for various financial conditions related to business operations
- Create management presentations highlighting historical and projected business performance and financial/operational results
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, critical thinking, presentation, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating to executive levels
- Experience with Business Central and Power BI (preferred, not required)
- Financial analysis experience within the media or entertainment industry (preferred, not required)
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and other standard office equipment
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including adequate vision and hearing
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds to move equipment on and off shelves
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in the use of computers and standard office equipment
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity using both hands
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally based on business needs
- This position is primarily remote
