Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate cost efficiency and profitability of microcontracting engagements.
- Develop and maintain financial models forecasting revenue and expenses related to gig-based transactions.
- Review and validate financial reports from contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Advise on pricing strategies for microcontractors to balance competitiveness with sustainable earnings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial policies with platform operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in financial analysis or advisory roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting using Excel, Google Sheets, or financial software.
- Strong understanding of gig economy financial dynamics, including payment structures, contractor earnings, and platform revenue models.
- Experience with financial compliance and reporting frameworks relevant to remote or contract-based work.
