Responsibilities

• Deliver insights by integrating diverse data sources and applying analytics to influence business decisions.
• Evaluate financial results at department, store, and company levels, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, profitability, and ROI.
• Communicate financial results and forecasts clearly, summarizing key insights for leadership.
• Serve as a trusted financial business partner, translating strategic objectives into financial plans.
• Support financial planning processes including strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in project management and process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
