Overview
This role involves providing objective, personalized financial advice through technology-supported planning and member coaching. The Senior Financial Planner guides members in understanding and acting on their financial lives using actionable recommendations aligned with their best interests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day, motivating members to take action on recommendations in their absolute best interest.
- Rapidly build trust and credibility in a remote setting to foster long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
- Emphasize integrated solutions—including investments—as part of a holistic life plan.
- Partner with Trading and Investment Ops teams to manage portfolios and tax strategies, and provide feedback to help improve proprietary planning tools.
- Manage your calendar and time efficiently to deliver an organized member experience while adapting to a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Requirements
- CFP® Designation (Required)
- 3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience
- Exceptional written communication and typing skills (speed and accuracy are key)
- Exceptional time and calendar management skills—this is the primary driver of success
- Flexibility to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week
- Reside in the US (MST or PST time zones preferred)

- $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant
