Overview
The organization is seeking a strategic, analytical, and growth-minded Senior FP&A Analyst to serve as a critical finance partner to its go-to-market (GTM) organizations. This role focuses on building and improving financial infrastructure during a period of rapid hyper-growth, bridging financial strategy and execution for technical and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner to Sales, Customer, and Marketing, leading strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Partner with GTM leadership, Revenue Operations, and the FP&A Manager to align headcount and other resource plans with ARR goals.
- Maintain and refine the headcount planning process while guiding GTM investment decisions across hiring, programs, vendors, travel, systems, and other operating expenses.
- Analyze commission expense, rates, and trends; identify key drivers to improve forecast accuracy and inform recommendations.
- Prepare clear, actionable reporting packages and analyses for operating reviews and forecast cycles.
- Translate GTM operating metrics and business changes into financial implications for forecasts and recommendations.
- Improve the quality and timeliness of GTM planning models, reporting processes, and infrastructure, including automation, AI-enabled workflows, and planning tool enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related analytical experience; ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Experience supporting Sales, Customer, Marketing, or other customer-facing organizations is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to partner across GTM, Accounting, and Finance and explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and monthly reporting processes.
- Proven ability to build and improve financial models, reporting packages, and planning processes, with strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, builder mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Comfort working with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or a similar planning platform is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FP&A planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar).
- Experience within SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $117,000 - $150,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
- Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.

- Hybrid & remote work models are available depending on role and location, including options involving the Chicago office, where some roles require regular in-office presence.
