Overview
This USA-based remote role provides decision support to the Marketing and Product organizations. Reporting to the Director, FP&A (based in NZ), the Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership teams across the U.S, EMEA, and occasionally APAC.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial support to Finance and leaders within the Marketing and Product organizations
- Prepare analysis and reporting on KPIs, business activities, and budgeting/forecasting
- Partner with Marketing and Product to explain actual performance versus forecast and budget expectations, and assess customer health metrics
- Deliver reporting on monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc key operating metrics, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high accuracy
- Pull data from multiple systems, including Salesforce CRM, Adaptive, NetSuite, and Greenhouse ATS
- Produce impactful business analysis beyond expense forecast and variance analysis
- Support one-time or recurring projects with data and recommendations that inform business direction
- As a more senior FP&A team member, contribute more directly to acquisitions and critical board, executive, or team priorities
Requirements
- BS/BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting, or like degree
- 4-10 years FP&A experience
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in developing a career in Enterprise Software FP&A
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Success, Professional Services or SaaS FP&A experience
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce (or like systems)
Compensation & Benefits
- Target compensation range (US ONLY): 160,000 - 175,000 USD annually
- On target compensation refers to base salary and applicable variable target for this role
- Range is an estimate; base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage based on skills, experience, and role needs
- Base pay may vary based on geographic location, role-specific qualifications, and seniority
