Overview

This role is a senior individual contributor position with no direct reports. Working within Revenue Operations, you will support Global Sales leaders by explaining the weekly forecast “where the year will land,” including what moved, why it moved, the associated risks, and recommended actions. You will provide insight into forecast, pipeline, and performance, and partner closely with an operations business partner who runs the operating cadence.

You will also serve as a key route into outputs from the Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence function, supporting work ranging from account intelligence to targets and reporting. Collaboration takes place inside the sales organization day to day, using methods and standards shared across the sales organization so results are comparable across business areas.

This is one of four similar roles aligned to major parts of the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis supporting the weekly Global Sales forecast, including where the quarter and year will land, commentary, risks, and upside behind the number submitted to executive leadership
  • Prepare sales leaders for forecast calls and executive reviews in partnership with the operations business partner (who runs the cadence), ensuring risks, upside, and gaps are identified in advance
  • Explain week-over-week forecast movement by cause, including new pipeline, slipped and pushed deals, losses, deal size, timing, or changes in judgment
  • Analyze pipeline health, including coverage, generation, stage conversion, velocity, slippage, linearity, and whether pipeline is sufficient for future quarters
  • Identify risk before it appears in reported results, including supporting evidence and a recommended response
  • Measure and report forecast accuracy and bias for this segment of the business
  • Run deep dives by geography, segment, product, route to market, and team to reach decisions
  • Provide analysis for quarterly business reviews, growth priority reviews, and deal reviews, working with the operations business partner
  • Surface recurring needs back to the central team so they can be built once and shared across all four businesses

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, sales or revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial finance
  • Experience forecasting and analyzing performance for a large sales organization, including presenting insight to senior sales leaders
  • Strong SQL and advanced reporting skills, with the ability to answer questions in the data in real time
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce pipeline data
  • Ability to work with senior sales leaders, including presenting findings that run counter to expectations
  • Comfort working in a matrixed structure alongside operations and finance partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with revenue intelligence platforms such as Clari, Gong, or Aviso
  • Experience embedded within a sales organization rather than supporting it centrally
  • Experience measuring and publishing forecast accuracy and bias
  • Enterprise software or SaaS experience involving subscription, renewal, and expansion motions, across direct, partner, and e-commerce routes to market

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary transparency: For U.S.-based roles, expected starting base salary between $130,400 and $210,980. Offers are based on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
  • In addition to base salary, compensation may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Location

United States (remote). Eastern or Central time zone preferred.

This role may require in-person onboarding and/or in-person ID verification.
