Overview
This role supports the revenue operations and analytics function, with responsibility for understanding and improving the full revenue engine. Performance is influenced by multiple interconnected systems, including marketing demand creation, sales conversion, member engagement and retention, clinician capacity and visit volume, and billing and collections.
This is a senior individual contributor position. Work is primarily remote across the US, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones and NYC metro. Candidates in the New York City area may have opportunities to collaborate in person with executives, physicians, and other leaders at a Manhattan headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end visibility of the revenue engine by connecting performance across:
- marketing
- sales
- member engagement
- clinician capacity
- visits
- billing
- collections
- financial results
- Investigate business questions, identify root causes, recommend changes, and follow through with the relevant teams (which may include reporting updates, process changes, forecast adjustments, operating assumption changes, or business decisions).
- Reconcile conflicting analyses across Marketing, Sales, Clinical, MX, and Finance by digging into underlying data and driving a shared understanding.
- Improve forecasting and planning in partnership with Finance and functional leaders across revenue, membership, conversion, clinician capacity, visit volume, retention, and collections; challenge assumptions when operational data indicates different outcomes.
- Own BI and key business metrics, including maintaining and improving dashboards and recurring reporting, establishing clear metric definitions and sources of truth, and updating reporting processes that create confusion or no longer support decision-making.
- Improve growth analytics by partnering with Marketing and Growth Product leadership to connect acquisition, lead quality, sales conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and downstream revenue.
- Connect care delivery and revenue cycle management (RCM) to revenue by analyzing interactions among clinician capacity, utilization, visits, payer performance, billing, denials, collections, and other revenue cycle factors, including data from RCM and clinical systems.
- Handle practical RevOps and BizOps needs such as commissions, KPI reporting, ad hoc business analysis, and other cross-functional analytical work requiring a clear owner.
- Work directly with data using SQL and the BI environment to investigate questions, validate assumptions, identify data quality issues, and resolve discrepancies before they drive decisions based on inaccurate information.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, business operations, revenue strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Experience owning cross-functional business problems (not only producing analysis or reporting)
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, or operational workflows
- Strong SQL skills and ability to independently investigate complex datasets
- Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, operational metrics, or business performance analytics
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and drive decisions or resolutions
- Experience defining business metrics and creating consistent sources of truth across teams

- Understanding of data pipelines and modern analytics infrastructure to investigate data quality issues and work effectively with technical partners
- Strong communication skills and comfort challenging assumptions with senior leaders
- Strong judgment and curiosity, including knowing when the initial question is not the actual business question
- Comfort operating independently in a small, fast-moving company
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare services, or another regulated environment
- Experience with revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or EMR data
