Overview
This role supports lifecycle management and performance analysis for capitation agreements with providers, including revenue recovery efforts. Work is fully remote within the U.S.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Location
- 100% fully remote
- Work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Support and validate lifecycle management of capitation agreements with providers
- Conduct analysis and reporting on performance of capitation agreements
- Interface with providers and senior leaders on performance lifecycle and revenue recovery
- Manage performance reporting and associated revenue recovery efforts
- Create and manage SQL queries
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, network management, healthcare economics, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience with financial modeling
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Intermediate proficiency with SQL (read/write)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with provider payment methodologies and healthcare products
- Intermediate ability to interpret and review financial modeling results to evaluate the financial impact of contract changes and develop forecasts
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $60,200 to $107,400 annually (based on full-time employment)
- Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
