Overview
This role is responsible for day-to-day revenue and marketplace operations, monthly close procedures, and revenue accounting, with a focus on accuracy under ASC 606. You will own highly visible Quote-to-Cash finance processes and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and correct revenue accounting and related contract cost treatment. You will also independently drive strategic system and process improvements, including NetSuite integration improvements and revenue metric visualization and calculation in Sigma and Claude.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams within special projects, including implementing Sigma and Claude Skills to automate revenue reporting and controls and visualize key performance metrics.
- Evaluate the accounting impact of contract restructures and modifications, ensuring appropriate treatment in NetSuite.
- Own key month-end processes, including review of subscription data within NetSuite and final fluctuation analyses by customer.
- Design, perform, and automate data reconciliations across critical system integrations; independently monitor and resolve data flow discrepancies.
- Partner with the Business Applications team to define and drive ongoing process improvements across the Quote-to-Cash technical stack, including Salesforce, Zone Billing, and NetSuite ARM.
- Advise Deal Desk, Strategy Ops, and FP&A on accounting matters and deal structures, including contract cancellations and issue resolution.
- Perform SSP analysis and own updates to revenue recognition rules and allocations as needed.
- Prepare and review audit support schedules; serve as a primary point of contact for financial audit inquiries.
- Prepare and review key revenue reports and financial metrics, including external quarterly and annual financial reporting disclosures such as ARR and related metrics, RPO, and disaggregated revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA is a plus.
- 2–3+ years of experience in revenue accounting or public accounting.
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 principles and internal controls, with the ability to apply them independently.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM and Salesforce.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks and drive them to resolution with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail, especially for contract analysis, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
- Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation of key processes via Sigma, Claude, system automation, or other AI tools.

- Annual Base Salary Range: $87,000 – $109,000
