Senior SAP Business Analyst

Overview

Senior-level role supporting and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Responsibilities include analyzing payroll-related business requirements, configuring and testing enhancements, troubleshooting issues (including post-implementation Hypercare support), and coordinating across technical, product, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and support payroll system enhancements
• Investigate and triage issues during the Hypercare phase
• Coordinate with technical teams, product management, and business stakeholders
• Manage change control processes and support solution deployments
• Conduct system testing and validate new functionality
• Mentor team members on ECP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Experience with Employee Central to ECP data replication
• Ability to query and analyze data using SQL
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Proven experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications
• Experience supporting payroll integrations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Ability to collaborate across business, functional, and technical teams
• Experience with testing, change management, and release coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Payroll schema configuration within SAP ECP
• BSI Tax Factory configuration and support
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
