Overview
An international investment syndicate is seeking a highly experienced Super Senior VC Analyst / Associate with a classic venture capital background, preferably from Tier 1 international funds. The role focuses on early-stage technological startups (Pre-seed / Seed / Series A) primarily in the US and European markets.
Responsibilities
- Systematically identify, screen, and filter 10–20 high-potential startups weekly on a global scale.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence including analysis of technology trends, business models, competitive landscapes, and unit economics.
- Draft clear, structured, and institutional-grade investment memos for the Investment Committee.
- Manage all stages of deal execution, including legal compliance, due diligence auditing, and SPV administration.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Venture Capital (focused on US/EU markets), Investment Banking, or Strategic Consulting (Big 3).
- Degree from a top-tier global business school or university (e.g., CEMS, Bocconi, LSE, HEC, or equivalent).
- Strong market research and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to write concise, high-signal texts in standard American VC style.
- Fluent or native-level English is mandatory; Russian language skills are required for internal communications.
- High execution speed, exceptional autonomy, and willingness to align working hours with the US Eastern Time (EST) zone.
