Overview

- Join the Brand Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting a beverage portfolio that includes chilled juices, kombucha, and cold-pressed juices.
- This role owns profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for the portfolio and serves as a key liaison between research and development, operations, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly actualization processes, including P&L variance analysis and issue resolution
- Support monthly forecasting with rolling 18-month financial performance projections
- Assist with building annual budgets and strategic plans
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and logistics to integrate financial insights into strategic decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and model savings initiatives in labor, sourcing, and equipment
- Support financial analysis of productivity initiatives and ROI calculations
- Identify process issues and lead implementation of system enhancements
- Manage integration with the business planning calendar
- Work with teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, and measure results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with complex financial models
- Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or manufacturing
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Familiarity with ERP and financial planning tools
- MBA or CPA is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $100,000–$110,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity
