Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing budgets and loading final spreads into Oracle.
- Model operational forecasts for future financial trends.
- Serve as an analytical consultant to managers by translating financial performance and labor productivity metrics into operational plans.
- Extract and analyze statistical and cost data to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Monitor performance metrics using Tableau.
- Build advanced financial models using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Develop financial analyses, projections, and pro formas to support business plans, new programs, and capital investments.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant job-specific experience.
- Mastery of Excel and Google Suite for complex modeling.
- Practical experience with Oracle ERP and BI tools such as Tableau.
- Familiarity with healthcare finance, labor productivity monitoring, or clinical department structures.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to turn data into strategic solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $79,511.52 - $110,834.59 per year
