Overview

This role is ideal for a commercially-minded operator who is hands-on and detail-oriented, focused on building tools, processes, and workflows that enhance revenue generation. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the analytical and operational infrastructure supporting the Travel Commercial organization, which manages travel supply inventory including hotels, homes, and cars distributed to global partners.

You will design, build, and implement data models, reporting frameworks, process redesigns, and AI-powered workflows to provide the teams with a structural advantage. Reporting to senior commercial leadership and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, this position sits at the intersection of data, process, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Analytics & Business Intelligence

    • Design, build, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility into commercial performance across the revenue funnel.
    • Utilize AI tools to accelerate insight generation, improve output quality, and enable higher-order problem solving.
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in revenue data, translating findings into actionable insights.
    • Define, build, and track KPIs measuring both business outcomes and process effectiveness to create continuous improvement feedback loops.
  • Process Design & Operational Excellence

    • Map, challenge, and redesign core revenue workflows such as pipeline management, forecasting cadences, and sales incentive structures to improve scalability and efficiency.
    • Implement operational improvements end-to-end, ensuring adoption across commercial teams and rigorously measuring impact.
    • Identify and deploy AI applications that fundamentally transform revenue processes.
  • Systems Thinking & Tooling

    • Develop a hands-on understanding of the revenue tech stack, diagnosing friction points, data loss, or missed opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and shape improvements to internal tools and systems based on operational data.
    • Translate commercial challenges into clear technical briefs, maintaining sufficient technical fluency to engage as a peer.
  • Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market Contribution

    • Prepare and follow through on key internal meetings, strategic reviews, and cross-functional forums, ensuring data-driven decision-making and accountability.
    • Build analytical frameworks supporting quarterly planning, forecasting, and target-setting for commercial leaders.
    • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and sales process design with a data-informed perspective.
    • Engage directly with commercial teams in the field to identify and resolve operational friction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy & operations, or a similar analytical or commercial role.
  • Proven track record of building data models, dashboards, process frameworks, and operational tools, not just recommending them.
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with rigorous analytical skills; comfortable switching between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
  • Enthusiasm for AI with practical experience using AI tools to enhance work processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, or similar.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and/or Engineering teams or a strong desire to develop this capability.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to engage effectively with technical teams.
  • First-principles thinking approach: questioning assumptions, stress-testing processes, and understanding underlying reasons.
  • Bias for action, strong ownership, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying AI solutions directly within commercial operations.
  • Prior involvement in designing sales incentive structures and forecasting processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $250,000.
  • Pre-IPO equity packages.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Travel stipend.
  • Access to co-working spaces and work-from-home stipend.
  • Generous parental leave exceeding industry standards.
  • 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
