Staff Accountant

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to contribute to the development of AI models focused on finance. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a periodic basis.

The position involves applying advanced financial expertise to help train AI assistants to better understand financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use professional education and experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to evaluate their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of AI models

Qualifications

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Preferred candidates hold or are pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis related to finance management

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling

• Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
