This role supports the mental healthcare industry by maintaining accurate financial records and helping ensure reliable financial reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries, variance analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations during month-end close.
Assist in implementing and documenting accounting procedures.
Collaborate with teams outside the accounting department.
Research and interpret financial data to answer accounting questions.
Support annual internal and external audits, including schedule preparation and auditor communication.
Investigate and resolve audit findings and account discrepancies.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
Working knowledge of US GAAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking and project ownership capabilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $62,000 - $73,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential.
