Overview
This role is part of the Strategic Finance team and plays a critical part in ensuring capital is deployed efficiently across Provider and Patient Growth initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to build models, track performance, and surface insights that guide how the organization allocates resources and scales its GTM (go-to-market) investments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to assess GTM investment efficiency, scenario plan, and evaluate trade-offs across growth initiatives
- Own budgeting and forecasting processes for GTM spend, partnering with budget owners to align plans with strategic priorities
- Analyze operating KPIs and funnel data to evaluate unit economics, channel performance, and overall GTM effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally to surface insights and support strategic decision-making
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready materials to communicate progress against goals
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience, ideally a mix of financial services (Consulting / Equity Research / Private Equity) and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (Strategic Finance)
- Highly proficient in Google Sheets (advanced formulas) and Looker (or similar BI tools), comfortable working with large datasets
- Detail-oriented with a “measure twice, cut once” approach to financial data
- Excited to work cross-functionally with business teams to develop understanding of function-specific efficiency metrics and to help course-correct when needed
- Ownership mindset and resourceful self-starter who proactively seeks context, solves ambiguous problems, and anticipates stakeholder needs
- Interested in AI and how it is reshaping finance; actively explores and applies AI tools to drive faster insights and greater efficiency
- Communicates complex insights clearly, tailoring messaging for different audiences (finance vs. marketing)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys collaborating with marketing, finance, and growth teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing reporting and analytics that support GTM strategy and investment decisions
- Familiarity with marketing efficiency and growth-focused performance measurement
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base pay range: $131,750 - $165,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location)
- In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on position and level

Location
Geographic location impacts the base pay range ($131,750 - $165,000).
