Overview

A healthcare organization is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join their team. This role involves collaborating on pricing models and metadata to support operational system success, analyzing price, volume, and profitability data for key divisional products and customers, and providing competitive pricing analysis. The position offers the opportunity to influence leadership and finance management through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on pricing models and pricing metadata to ensure operational system success
  • Utilize pricing and financial reporting systems to analyze average selling price (ASP), volume, and profitability data
  • Discover, propose, and drive key analyses to leadership and finance management
  • Monitor competitor pricing and analyze competitive pricing structures and trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Psychology, or related fields from an accredited institution
  • Four years of combined experience in pricing, strategy, analytics, and/or finance in private, public, government, or military environments
  • At least one year of experience with SQL or Python and/or Tableau or Power BI in private, public, government, or military environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing pricing, profitability, and performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools
  • Strong risk assessment, financial modeling, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and pricing recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Experience supporting customer-facing pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial reviews
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to educate cross-functional teams on pricing strategies and business impacts

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected compensation range: $107,600 - $147,950 (base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible)
  • Compensation varies based on relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience

  • Remote within the United States
  • Travel may include up to 10% domestic/international

  • New employees hired with a start date of October 1, 2025, or later will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding; travel arrangements and expenses will be covered
