Summer Intern - Finance Analyst

Overview

This internship supports the organization’s clean energy mission through Finance and data-rate management activities. The role reports to the OSS Program Manager based in the Cranberry, PA facility.

About the Role

• Position: Finance Analyst Intern
• Employment Type: Paid, full-time remote position
• Duration: Summer, May – August 2027

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, review, and maintenance of Rate Management master data in SAP
• Verify personnel assignments, contract details, and labor-rate information for accuracy
• Monitor and process union rate changes, applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems
• Learn troubleshooting analytic techniques related to downstream rate impacts
• Support labor-rate updates, audits, and documentation
• Support and participate in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to develop competitive labor rates
• Respond to routine questions and collaborate with teams to resolve data issues
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and enhance processes

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, finance, or accounting
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Familiar with basic accounting and finance formulas and terms
• Interested in data management & analytics
• Interested in working in an operations organization (shared services, triage, ticketing)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate (dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills): $23.00 to $26.30 per hour
