Tax Senior Associate (Remote)

Overview

This organization is seeking a Tax Senior to join the high net worth private client group in its Portland, OR office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, trust, gift, and related owner pass-through entity engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to support their career growth.
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client interaction, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
• Work with a range of clients.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 1 year of experience supervising and reviewing preferred.
• Experience with high net worth individuals, trusts, and gift reporting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently bring solutions to the table.
