Overview

A leading advisory, tax, and assurance firm is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate to join their growing Transfer Pricing practice. The firm provides professional services across the U.S. and globally, with a strong presence in major financial centers. The Transfer Pricing team consists of specialists across the U.S. and international member firms, addressing complex transfer pricing issues for multinational clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret clients' financial data to assess cross-border intercompany transactions involving tangible goods, services, and intellectual property.
  • Participate in functional analysis interviews and assist with documentation, planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.
  • Stay current on transfer pricing trends, developments, and technical authorities, applying knowledge to complex situations.
  • Contribute to multiple transfer pricing engagements, delivering quality consulting projects.
  • Collaborate with international member firms to support global clients.
  • Provide technical guidance to professionals firm-wide.
  • Engage in on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning and development programs.
  • Support team growth and development through mentoring and professional goal setting.
  • Participate in social activities and team outings promoting work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of specific transfer pricing experience.
  • Experience with complex financial models, drafting functional analyses, and technical writing preferred.
  • Ability to self-manage projects, prioritize tasks independently, and manage project economics including budgeting and billing preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or JD/LLM preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • National pay rate range: $81,450 to $154,430.
  • California pay rate range: $90,500 to $154,430.
  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package available to eligible employees.

Location

  • U.S. locations with potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements; specific work location to be discussed during the recruitment process.
