Overview
A financial services organization is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst with extensive experience in Transformation Cost-Benefit Analysis to manage the financial economics of a large portfolio of enterprise projects. This client-facing role involves oversight of approximately 150 ongoing technology and business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex cost-benefit analyses for a portfolio of roughly 150 transformation and technology projects, tracking both implementation and ongoing costs.
- Analyze the financial impacts of specific transformation initiatives, including technology implementations and decommissioning, data stream/hub setups, and US-to-Offshore headcount shifts.
- Serve as the key liaison between project teams and the client’s finance department, understanding the financial roll-up of all projects and determining appropriate benefit and expense recognition for journal entries.
- Take full ownership of cost-benefit analysis documentation and portfolio financial tracking with minimal managerial oversight.
- Present complex financial analyses directly to senior client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain meticulous data accuracy with zero tolerance for calculation or reporting errors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project portfolio management, financial analysis, transformation economics, or management consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build, manage, and manipulate complex financial models and large datasets quickly and accurately.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles such as accruals and expense vs. benefit tracking.
- Proven ability to produce highly accurate, error-free work under pressure.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate range: $60 - $87 per hour.

- United States (remote or client site as applicable).
