Overview
This paid, high-intensity buyside internship provides practical training in lower-middle-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA). Interns begin with outbound conversations and develop skills in communication, negotiation, founder psychology, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
Within as early as 4 weeks, interns may transition into supporting live deals and gain exposure to valuation logic, transaction structures, buyer–seller interactions, and the sequencing of ETA transactions.
