Overview

A Wealth Design Advisor role is available with a fully remote, United States-based team. This position focuses on helping high earners build personalized wealth strategies designed to increase financial independence and flexibility—making work optional rather than planning only for retirement at a specific age.

Within the first 16 months, the role includes a clear path toward increased responsibility and growth into a senior advisor role.

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with prospective clients and develop personalized financial plans using both traditional and alternative strategies.
  • Present financial plans with confidence, clearly communicating recommendations and converting prospective clients into new relationships.
  • Own the client onboarding experience from the initial meeting through full implementation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, providing timely, proactive communication throughout the client journey.
  • Assess each client’s income, expenses, insurance coverage, financial goals, tax considerations, and risk tolerance to develop the right strategy.
  • Partner closely with Senior Advisors to prepare financial plans, portfolio recommendations, performance reports, and other client materials.
  • Manage client portfolios, meeting preparation, CRM records, and electronic client files with a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Identify opportunities for growth by building strong relationships and generating referrals from existing clients.
  • Represent core values in every client interaction: Authenticity, Integrity, Innovation, Excellence, and Community.

Qualifications

  • Active Series 65 and Life & Health Insurance licenses required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a client-facing advisory role.
  • Experience with lines of credit and alternative investment strategies; exposure to real estate investing is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable leading thoughtful, consultative client conversations without relying on a script.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships and understanding each client’s goals, priorities, and financial picture.
  • Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and determining next steps.
  • Able to think beyond traditional financial planning approaches and develop strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Confidence without arrogance.
  • Naturally curious and highly coachable.
  • Ability to teach and make complicated financial ideas clear and actionable.
  • Comfort respectfully challenging a client when their actions are not aligned with established goals.
  • Strong and consistent communication.
  • Interest in participating in public-facing opportunities such as conferences and podcasts.
  • Belief that financial planning can do more than prepare someone to retire.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,000 to $150,000 base salary + bonus

  • Opportunity to earn a 50% performance bonus based on achieving individual onboarding and revenue goals (starting base compensation approximately $120,000).
