Overview
This role involves serving as a Senior Manager in a consultancy environment, combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and client interaction at both tactical and strategic levels. The position requires significant client-facing engagement throughout all project phases, from pursuit to delivery, along with project management and intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additional responsibilities include practice development, mentoring assigned coachees, and handling general project and organizational administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in Financial Accounting, Core Financials, or Accounting Center
- Experience performing multiple Accounting Center implementations from start to go-live
- Proven experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions
- Ability to configure all aspects of Workday Financials and related Customer Accounts functionality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
- 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
- Successful delivery of multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions
- Experience in coaching and leadership to develop and grow others
- Ability to provide industry insights and identify value creation opportunities based on deep understanding of client challenges
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary range: $130,000 - $185,000
- Total estimated compensation range including annual incentive: $156,000 - $222,000
- Eligibility to participate in the annual incentive compensation program
