Overview
This role involves partnering with clients to deliver Workday Financial solutions and implementations. The Senior Consultant will lead client discussions, address complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to successful project outcomes. Additionally, the position includes internal contributions to improve processes and support organizational growth.
Location & Employment Requirements
- Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- This is a full-time W2 position only; no C2C arrangements or contract opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Lead client requirements gathering and design sessions independently.
- Configure and deliver Workday Financial solutions.
- Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.
- Mentor junior team members within the Financials practice.
- Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday Financial Accounting configuration experience.
- Experience with Workday implementations or projects.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
