Accountant (Remote)

Overview

• Fully remote position.
• This role supports the organization’s financial reporting by managing full-cycle accounting activities that contribute to accurate financial statements and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, financial result analysis, and financial reporting narratives.
• Partner with operational departments to ensure effective contract processing and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts within assigned responsibilities.
• Collaborate with accounting and other departments to implement changes and complete special projects.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, consolidation, or reengineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, including general ledger accounting in a large multi-site corporate environment.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical, self-motivated team player.
• Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• CPA certification.
• Experience in timeshare, real estate development, property management, or hospitality accounting.
• Public accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle accounting software.
